Job Opening: Senior Digital Marketing Manager - JNS Next

JNS Next is looking for a marketing professional to fill the role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting on and executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, and analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer and vendor base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our clients and our agency.

Job Duties

  • Develop digital marketing strategies for projects, including content for marketing materials, websites, email and social media
  • Work closely with marketing, digital and social teams on program development and implementation
  • Create and execute lead generation programs with specific targeted audiences including demographics, geographic and psychographics
  • Analyze insights, data and analytics to determine campaign efficiency
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Develop and communicate digital marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to leadership team
  • Research media outlets and digital partners, reach out to and respond to media sales reps for media kits and sales inquiries
  • Stay on top of marketing trends
  • Interface with existing and prospective clients to advise regarding and sell digital services/products
  • Delegate to digital and social media team as needed
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Communications or related discipline
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google AdWords
  • Knowledge of WordPress CMS system and other Web CMS systems
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of social media
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Understanding of social media insights, Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Eager to learn

Not Required:

  • Experience in Photography or Video a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of tourism and hospitality industry a plus
