As a leader focused on the agency’s people, processes, and operations, she works to create the structure and clarity that allow teams to do their best work while continuing to foster a strong, collaborative culture.
While her role has expanded into agency operations and leadership, Rani remains closely connected to clients and brings a deep understanding of the client experience to everything she does. Throughout her career, she has worked with local, regional, and national brands and organizations, helping teams translate strategy into meaningful, measurable work.
