Kailey has been a part of the JNS Next team since high school, and continued to work alongside the finance team throughout her college years, obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University. Kailey graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the prestigious Moeur Award. She loves the finer details in finance and analyzing numbers that build a comprehensive picture of what is taking place. She thrives in supporting the streamlining of operations and finding ways to help others by offering a new perspective. Outside of work Kailey has already traveled to over 20 countries, swam with sharks and has ridden horses since she was just 4 years old. Outside of traveling, she enjoys photography, cooking/baking and spending time outdoors.
