Arlington, Texas Media Buying and Strategy - JNS Next

JNS Next began a partnership with the Arlington CVB in 2015. The partnership has grown exponentially over the past five years, responding to changes in the media space and opportunities to grow the budget. JNS Next utilizes research including SMARI, VisaVue, Tourism Economics and more to identify new goals and objectives, KPIs, and strategy. At the close of each fiscal year, an annual recap presentation needs to be assembled to showcase accomplishments made as a result of our marketing, advertising and public relations efforts. Beginning two years ago, JNS Next was commissioned to bring the annual report to life by way of a dynamic video.

For this effort, JNS Next started with a basic content outline and built a story around each section through the animation of still imagery, careful selection of fonts, and graphic animation. We highlighted all key metrics that were met and animated charts comparing data year over year.

The end result was a dynamic long format video that brought life and engagement to what would have been a very basic presentation. After the positive feedback garnered through the first year’s video, Arlington continued forward with the video format allowing JNS Next to spearhead the development of subsequent yearly recap marketing videos.
