As the first new home development in several years, Gallery Homes wanted to develop a new home community campaign that was vibrant, bold and modern to attract young families looking to invest in an affordable, new home. For this effort, JNS Next built a look and feel around existing branding, and created a multi-page brochure, corporate identity package, website, onsite signage, and other related collateral pieces.
With no model homes built when this campaign was launched, JNS Next had to creatively showcase the amazing vision without photography of the end product. Graphics, renderings, stock photography and actual photography from the City were used to build anticipation around this new home development.
The integrated marketing package helped stimulate sales to outperform projections.
With the successful integrated marketing package the Gallery at Skyborne team had on hand, sales outperformed projections and almost all lots are sold way ahead of schedule.
