David is an experienced strategy and marketing communications professional with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality and tourism industry. David joined the team in 2019 after nine years in Sonoma Valley, and as a client for 4 years. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, David oversees the day-to-day of all clients and staff.
Skilled in strategy development and execution, David also oversees media planning and buying, campaign development, social media, public relations, digital content management and execution, data analysis, project management and builds relationships across business functions to help deliver results.
With a diverse range of skills, he brings to his clients a solid understanding of strategic verbal and visual communications, further heightened by his knowledge of destinations, businesses and nonprofits. Staying on top of the latest new media tools and tactics, as well as traditional platforms, David helps clients understand the value of each one. As such, he builds successful marketing, public relations and advertising campaigns on foundational goals and objectives. David has worked with clients including Experience Sonoma Valley, Stay Healdsburg, Visit Greater Palm Springs, Greater Ontario CVB, the Sonoma International Film Festival, Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism, City of La Quinta, BNP Paribas Open and more.
